Entertainment in La.Gomera

Night life on La Gomera will be mainly in your hotel, there are a few bars and some good restaurants serving mostly Canarian food, which is well worth a try.

Traditional Canarian cuisine is usually a stew of chicken or pork, fresh fish, local cheeses and wines which are all very good.

Peaceful and relaxed by day, this atmosphere tends to carry over to the evenings. Good food, good wine and friendly companions.

For Internet enthusiasts there is the Cybercafe that plays music from the 60's to day. They also serve snake and drinks. You'll find them in Valle Gran Ray la Playa.

How to make SANGRIA

There are no exact measures for this Traditional drink but here goes.

Put a good handful of ice cubes into a two litre jug.

Next add a large tin of fruit cocktail or use fresh fruit.

Add a cup of Brandy ,be generous.

A measure each of Banana liquor Grenadine and Melon liquor.

Then a generous measure of Cointreau.

Finally top up with red wine. P.S. leave the car keys at home.
